Young Leaders of Pakistan (YLP) is a transformative five week virtual fellowship program designed to cater to the needs of young individuals in Pakistan, specifically targeting students from grade 10 to grade 12. This critical phase of their lives serves as a pivotal point that shapes their future professional endeavors. Unfortunately, the prevailing socio-economic structures often fail to provide the necessary support, leaving many young students and graduates in Pakistan bereft of opportunities and ill-equipped with the essential skills required to thrive in the modern world.

The YLP fellowship program has been designed with a holistic approach, aiming to foster the personal and professional growth of young individuals across Pakistan. It strives to address the gaps in their skill sets, while concurrently raising awareness about the relevant competencies demanded by today’s dynamic job market.
