With the advent of AI and other sophisticated technologies, smart cities have become a hot topic. Smart cities are cities that are technologically enabled and use data and technology to improve the lives of inhabitants.
A growing proportion of the world’s population is now living in urban centers and the future of cities is with technology driven infrastructure and strategy. Globally, the smart cities space is likely to grow at a CAGR of over 20%, reaching 2.5% trillion by 2025.
