Construction Management Project: Quality Inspection through Computer Vision
We have built a Computer Vision solution for quality inspection for a construction company in the KSA. The app inspects whether all of the installations in the target space have been installed properly. With this product, the company ultimately reduces the human-dependance and human-error involved in traditional inspection. It effectively reduces the time consumption, making the process much faster.
The only required step is to install the app on an electronic device and move around the facility for inspection. As a result, the inspection manager gets a downloadable report with a dashboard and analysis to show the progress in real-time.

We built a fully functional LLM-based CEO coach for Enterprise CEOs that helps to keep track of all operations in their company. It includes a feature that gives visual representations of all the data.
The CEO needs to type a sample question (for example, show me the sales in the last month) and the app comes up with a visual analysis (dashboard) of the available data to see key metrics at a glance.
The product is really helpful when it comes to future predictions to assist them in making more informed decisions. In a nutshell, it acts more like a personalized analyst available on the go.
Police Report Generation: AI System with LLMs and Prompt Engineering
We developed a report-making bot for a US county police department to automate the crime reporting procedure.
For this report generation, we have ensured that the officer only needs to answer only a few questions related to a specific crime. This makes report generation very easy because the officer does not need to write big reports or statements.
It uses the Open-AIs LLM to process and analyze the information to create a detailed report to assist the officers in getting a better understanding of the committed offense.
The only inputs required are the key crime details. As a result, gives a thorough breakdown of the crime, including the suspect’s identification, the relevant penal code, and an explanation for different department officers.
AI Calling Center with LLMs
We developed an automated meeting setting bot for our EU client to increase sales and reduce their reliance on outsourced BPOs in the global south.
The bot is able to call 5000+ leads a day and converse with them in multiple accents to ensure a human-like conversation. It is also equipped to answer any on-the-spot queries and objections from the customer’s end. With each conversation, the bot trains itself for better outputs in the future.
Once a lead is matured, it sets a meeting with the customer, and then, a human representative takes it on from there. Our solution has helped the client significantly increase its sales and conversions.
For this project, we used advanced Voice models, ML algorithms, databases, and LLMs to achieve the desired results.
Feedback Bot for A Sales Company with NLP and LLMs
We helped develop a feedback bot for a Japanese retail company that helps them get better conversions through their sales representatives.
The AI app uses a Voice-to-text model to review and analyze the salesperson's chat with the customer. As a result, it gives suggestions to the salesperson for future conversions telling them when and where to explore the potential customer to get a sale.
For this project, we consulted the company for advanced prompt engineering, the use of nested-LLMs, and the app development process.
After deployment, the client saw an effective increase in conversions through the feedback provided by the bot. Interestingly, the bot can be used in multiple markets, including food, beverages, solar, and electronics.
AI Conversational Bot for Restaurants with NLP and LLMs
We set up conversational chatbots for a restaurant chain in the US. The idea was to ease the ordering process for the customers and get them what they want without scrolling through the website.
The bot is currently employed in more than 10+ chains across the country for reservation and ordering. We used advanced NLP technologies to get the desired results.
Before the deployment of the bot, the restaurant’s order time was between 30 minutes. Now, it has improved to only 10 minutes, with a significant decrease in the bounce rates and empty carts.
